How to Install a Palm Zire 31
- 1). Plug the power adapter into an outlet and the power port on the left side of the Zire 31 device to charge the PDA. The device charges within three hours.
- 2). Push the "Power" button on the front plate of the PDA, and remove the power cable.
- 3). Remove the stylus from the top of the PDA, and use the stylus to tap the menu button on the PDA to set up your device.
- 4). Insert the Palm Desktop software CD into your computer's disc drive. Double-click the CD icon on your desktop to run the software installer. Click "Next" or "Continue" and "Install."
- 5). Plug the HotSync cable into the PDA's USB port beneath the power port, and plug the other end into your computer's USB port.
- 6). Click "Next" in the Palmone Zire 31 installer window on your computer to complete the installation.
