Yoga Poses You Can Do In Your Office

Many working people tend to complain that they don't have time to practice yoga.
The good side is that there are a number of poses that you can engage in while in the office.
Here are some of the poses: Neck rolls If you are wearing high heels you need to remove them before you can start stretching.
You should then close your eyes and let your chin drop down to your chest.
You should then begin circling your neck slowly.
For ideal results you should ensure that your shoulders are relaxed.
You should also avoid circling your head fast especially in areas of tightness.
For maximum benefits you should take 3-5 rolls then switch directions.
Cat-cow stretch You should put both of your feet on the floor then bring your hands on your knees.
You should then inhale and exhale.
On an inhalation, you should arch your back and look up towards the ceiling.
On the other hand, when exhaling you should round your spine and let your head drop forwards.
For ideal results you should repeat the stretch 3-5 times.
Seated forward bend Here you need to push your chair back from your desk and ensure that both of your feet are flat on the floor.
You should then interlace your fingers behind your back and straighten your arms while drawing the interlaced fingers down.
You should then fold yourself at your waist and bring your interlaced hands over your back.
Finally, you should rest your chest on your thighs and release your neck.
Eagle arms You should take out your arms on either side and ensure that they are parallel to the floor.
You should then bring your arms forward then cross your right arm over the left and bring the palms to touch.
You should then lift your elbows and keep your shoulders from sliding down your back.
For ideal results you should repeat this pose with the left arm over the right.
Seated spinal twist You should start in a sitting position then turn so that you are sitting sideways in your chair.
You should then put both of your feet down on the floor.
Twisting towards the back of the chair, you should hold the back of the chair with both of your hands.
These are the various poses that you can do in your office.
Although, the poses are easy to execute, you should do them with a lot of caution in order to avoid injuring yourself.
