The Hangover Movie T Shirts - Why Alan Garner on Your Chest is a Good Thing

Sure it's been over a year since The Hangover movie was released, but it has staying power.
It's infinitely re-watchable, as subtle stuff keeps bubbling up.
Yeah, I said subtle regarding a movie that features a trip to Vegas, complete with alcohol, gambling, strippers, drugs, wildlife, stolen police cars, missing babies, an angry Asian, and Mike Tyson.
I stand by it.
Zach Galifianakis is the great paradox, offering broad and subtle humor at every turn.
That little gnome has serious oddball, off-beat, out of whack comedy chops.
He brought his fastball to the shoot, and dropped a mad array of emotions and idiosyncrasies.
Actually, his acting was a lot like his stand up.
Fake angry or is it.
Fake nerdy or is it.
Fake sweetness or is it.
Fake sincerity or is it.
You cannot tell with Zach.
He's absurd, profound, and confident, and his personality propels the entire film, giving it a very satisfying depth and texture...
and, yes, again I'm saying this about a road trip, bachelor party flick.
And, that, my friend is why adding Hangover Shirts to your fashion rotation is recommended highly.
This is one of those films, like Animal House, that will remain a comedic treasure for decades, and elicit appreciation from generation after generation.
The shirt will fade, rip, and disintegrate in a web of holes, before the film goes out of style.
The shirts you'll find include:
  • Carlos with Sunglasses in the Baby Sling - this is the most popular shirt from The Hangover hands down.
    Such a memorable visual.
  • The Human Tree Shirt - Alan Garner looks so stylish in this shirt, especially with the satchel.
  • One Man Wolfpack - with or without Alan's face but appropriately celebrating his speech prior to the debauchery.
  • Not at the table Carlos - you know when Alan is making it look like the baby is doing inappropriate things at the poolside table.
  • It's Funny Because He's Fat - The evil Mr.
Chow laughing as his goon puts the hurt on Alan.
  • Your Language is Offensive - Things are really starting to go down hill, and the boys are pissed at Alan.
Alan is not enjoying the curse words they are spitting at him.
You have to stand up for your principles even at the toughest times.
  • You Better Walk On, I Will Hit an Old Man in Public - Alan vacillates wildly from being a sensitive, caring, delicate type, to being cruel.
The mood and tone flips are breathtaking.
When Alan is fueling up the Mercedes and an older gentlemen is complimenting the car, Alan goes off.
What experiences in childhood make him so unpredictable?
  • It's a Satchel, Indiana Jones Wears One - Phil Wenneck is bustin' Alan's chops for his crazy goof ball get up, complete with man purse.
Alan says he gets lots of compliments on the Satchel, and that Indiana Jones wears one.
Guess that solves that: Alan's wearing what he wants.
  • Tigers Like Pepper, They Hate Cinnamon - Alan is so confident in his knowledge of a tiger's culinary preferences, that the boys cannot argue.
    They accept it.
And, they all ended up alive, so I guess Alan knows what's up in the tiger community.
  • You will also find another handful of tshirts that simply glorify the magnificence that is Alan...
in his underwear and his black jack suit, and just his face with the sunglasses and big bushy beard.
The Hangover 2 To Be Released in 2011 Hey, you know The Hangover 2 is set to release in 2011.
It's about time.
The first one was released early June 2009.
That's over a year.
What's the hold up.
Actually, if taking the extra time produces a movie even 75% as good as the first, I'll be happy.
I for one cannot wait.
The crew, Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, and Justin Bartha, will be back.
There's been rumors the boys will perform their shenanigans in Thailand, Mexico, or Miami, but director, Todd Phillips hasn't confirmed any of that.
