Fulwood Garden Center

• Located in northern Tifton, the Fulwood Garden Center (fulwoodgardencenter.com) rents its space for $300, as of March 2011; this price is for wedding parties with 150 or fewer guests. For wedding parties of 15 or less, the venue charges $100. Fulwood Garden Center is on the Fulwood Estate, which was founded in 1914. An outdoor courtyard area is available for ceremonies, while indoor receptions occur in the Large Meeting Room and Kate Hill Room. Both rooms have elegant décor, such as brick fireplaces and chandeliers.
  
  

Gin Creek

• Gin Creek (gincreek.com) is in Hartsfield, approximately 45 minutes east of Columbus. This venue offers several inexpensive locations for wedding ceremonies. Two of Gin Creek's outdoor wedding sites, the Gazebo and the Pergola, are available for $400, as of March 2011. Both sites offer views of DeMott Lake, the resort's private lake. The Pergola, the larger of the two venues, features a brick bridal walkway. Wedding chairs are $4 per chair.
  
  

Azalea Inn and Gardens

• The Azalea Inn and Gardens (azaleainn.com) hotel is in Savannah's Historic District. As of March 2011, this hotel offers an Elopement Wedding package for $759, when a two-night stay at the inn is booked for the couple. This package includes bride and groom flowers, a wedding official, wedding cake, champagne toast and wedding coordinator. For an extra $100, the hotel hosts the wedding ceremony in one of the Historic District's town squares. The couple chooses the town square. For the honeymoon suite, the hotel provides couples with chocolate-covered strawberries and silk-rose-petal turndown service on the night of the wedding. The Elopement package can also be used for a wedding with a small number of guests.
  
  

Historic Statesboro Inn

• As of March 2011, the Historic Statesboro Inn (statesboroinn.com) charges wedding couples $500 for the use of its banquet room. Both the ceremony room and dance floor are an additional $100. The banquet hall rental includes a honeymoon suite for the wedding couple, banquet room setup, linen for tables and a bottle of champagne for bride and groom. The Statesboro Inn resides in a Victorian-style mansion built in 1905. The elegant banquet room has a seating capacity for 400 wedding guests. Discount room rates are available for wedding guests.
