How to Update Google Earth Maps
- 1). Download the latest version of Google Earth from the Google Earth website (see Resources). Save the installer file to your desktop.
- 2). Double-click the downloaded installer file.
- 3). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Restart the computer after installation completes; this isn't necessary, but it is a good idea.
- 4). Launch Google Earth. The maps will be the most up-to-date Google provides.
