In case you thought it was a bad dream, here's proof that Infiniti really does plan to continue with the silly Q/QX naming scheme. The QX60 is the new name for the JX, and the 26 MPG hybrid shares its supercharged powertrain with the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid, also introduced in NY.
