Operating Instructions for a Zojirushi Bread Machine
- 1). Lift open the cover and remove the baking pan by lifting it straight up. Install the kneading blades inside the baking pan by pushing down and rotating them until they snap into place. The grooves on the blades must align with those of the rotating shafts on the baking pan. These are used to mix the ingredients into the dough.
- 2). Measure out the ingredients and add them into the baking pan. These will differ depending on what you are making. When using a bread mix, the exact ingredients and ratios will be specified on the side of the package. Yeast should be added only to warm water. Place the baking pan back into the bread machine and close the top cover.
- 3). Plug in. The electronic display will light up. Choose your setting with the arrow keys on the front, and press "Start/Reset." If additional ingredients need to be added, the "Add" indicator will flash for five minutes after the kneading task has been completed. Keep track of the time left with the electronic display, which counts down at one minute intervals. The machine will beep when it's finished. Open it and remove the baking pan.
