Crash Dieting - The 3 Day Diet

This diet uses all natural foods, no pills and no shakes.
Use this diet for three days at a time only and you should lose around ten pounds.
This diet focuses on mixing certain chemicals that will create a reaction in your digestive system, boosting your metabolism to help you burn fat faster.
After being on the 3 day diet, resume normal eating for the next four days but do not overeat.
To add a little extra flavor to your food you are allowed to use salt and pepper, herbs, lemon, ketchup, mustard, and soy sauce.
First day: Breakfast: black coffee, tea or water, one banana and one slice of toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Lunch: you can have one half cup of tuna, one slice of toast, and tea, water or black coffee.
Dinner: you may have two beef franks or hot dogs, half a cup of carrots, one banana, one cup of broccoli or cabbage, half a cup of vanilla ice cream and either water, tea or black coffee.
