Leg Walks This can be done by laying flat on your back, keep your hands tucked under your butt to ensure that the back is straight.
Lift both legs without bending your knees to 90 degree from the ground.
Now slowly release one leg towards the ground, such that it is only inches from the ground, maintain this position for a few minutes and bring the leg back up to 90 degrees.
Repeat this with the other leg.
This routine can be repeated 8 to 10 times on both legs.
Reverse Crunch Exercises This must be performed on a decline bench.
Lie flat on the bench.
Make sure that your back is not arched.
Then slowly bring your knees to your chest in a lower abdomen contracting manner.
Release your leg and repeat.
