Here Are Some Holiday Recipes
So Thanksgiving is over and very soon more holidays will be here.
I know that many people right now are trying to plan what to make for dinner and for goodie trays.

Breakfast Recipe: Puffed Eggnog Pancakes 2 tablespoon butter 3 eggs 2/3 c eggnog 1/2 c flour 1/4 c sliced almonds 2 teaspoon sugar Preheat oven 425 degrees Melt butter on cast iron skillet in the oven.
Beat eggs, then add eggnog and flour.
Pour on to the hot skillet.
Sprinkle the almonds and sugar on top of pancakes.
Bake until they are puffed and brown; about 16 to 18 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Main Dish Recipe: Cranberry Orange Glazed Ham 1 (5-7 pound) smoked, fully cooked ham half 1- 1/4 c packed brown sugar, divided 3/4 c cranberry juice 1/4 c honey 2 tablespoon cider vinegar 2 teaspoon all purpose flour 1- 1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard 1- 1/2 tablespoon butter Whole Cloves Garnishes: Fresh cranberries and orange slices Slice skin from ham.
Score fat on ham in a diamond design and stud with whole cloves.
Place ham fat side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Insert a meat thermometer in the ham; make sure it does not touch fat or bone.
Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, cranberry juice, and the next 5 ingredients in a saucepan.
Mixing well.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
Coat exposed portion of the ham with the remaining 1 cup of sugar.
Pour the hot cranberry juice mixture over the ham.
Bake for 30 minutes more or until the thermometer reads 140F.
Basting the ham with pan juices as it cooks.
Use the garnish if desired.
Yield: 10 to 16 servings.
Dessert Recipe: Snowballs 1 c butter 1/2 c white sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 c sifted all purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 c chopped pecans 3/4 c sifted confectioners' sugar Preheat over 350 degrees Spray or butter 2 baking sheets Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Sift together flour and salt; mix into butter mixture.
Stir in pecans.
Dust your hands with a little confectioners' sugar.
Then roll the dough into 1 inch balls.
Place on baking sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake for 25 minutes or just until brown.
Cool for 15 minutes and then roll in the confectioners' sugar.
