My lovely wife Lyn knows me better than anyone else and will tell you I have never been happier or more positive.
People that I meet and talk to almost always comment on how passionate I am about my life, my job, my appreciation of nature and being outdoors.

You need to appreciate and draw happy, positive thoughts from the magnificence of nature at least once every day.
By this I mean that you need to take the time out of your busy lives to look up at the sky and see and think about the absolute beauty.
You need to just close your eyes and let the warmth from the sun soak into your body and think that it is replenishing the energy and life-force in your body.
You need to stop and look at flowers and trees and birds and everything around you and think about how wonderful they are instead of ignoring them.
All of these wonders of nature provide us with a source of very positive thoughts.
There is another saying that I would like to leave you with today, 'the longest journey begins with the first step'.
If you want to start to change your own life to be more positive and happy, then you must start today by taking control of your thoughts.
You must work hard every day to be a happier and better person for yourself.
