Determine your priorities and eliminate everything that is NOT a priority in your world.
Does that sound drastic? Well, the choice is continue to feel out of control and possibly exhausted - or at the least overwhelmed - or run your every day in a way that feels good.
Here is the thing, when you slow down you actually get more done.
When you have less on your plate you can focus at 100% on your current tasks.
Rather than focusing at 65% (or whatever level) while your mind tells you about all the other things you need to do, you will work efficiently and calmly.
Stress is implicated in every leading cause of death.
You can say it is the leading cause of death.
Stress is the reason for increased disease rates, injuries and health conditions.
One of the first things I do when I coach people is show them the only way to discover their true priorities so they can eliminate what just bogs them down.
Make the choice to live in happiness and you will get there.
You will if you make the time to choose doing so your priority.
To make this change you gotta decide and then follow through.
Only with consistency and persistence will you change your life.
Do change it voluntarily or the Universe will make it happen I know because the Universe yelled at me more than once when I was too busy to listen to the whispers, the warnings.
