Search in an Individual Email

• 1). Launch the BlackBerry's email application from the home screen.
  
  
• 2). Scroll to the email that you want to search, and select the email message to open it in the BlackBerry display screen.
  
  
• 3). Tap the "S" letter key on the BlackBerry keypad to launch the search function. Type keywords relevant to the information you want to find in the email message into the text input field. Click the device's trackball to launch the search. The BlackBerry will locate the relevant section of the text in the email message and display this in the screen.
  
  

Search in all Emails

• 1). Launch the BlackBerry's email application from the home screen.
  
  
• 2). Press the Blackberry button -- with the Blackberry logo icon -- on the device's keypad.
  
  
• 3). Select "Advanced" from the options list display. Type keywords relevant to the information that you want to find into the text input field.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Search" button to launch the search. The BlackBerry will display relevant emails in the search results. Click the "Save" option if you want to save the search criteria you entered for future searches.
