How to Remove a Treo 90 Battery
- 1). Power the Treo 90 off. Examine the top edge of the unit. You'll see the memory card. Push the card inward. It will spring back. Grasp it and pull it out to remove it.
- 2). Remove the five small screws from the back half of the Treo 90's case. Lift the back cover upward to remove it.
- 3). Gently lift the black battery from the unit's processing board. Be careful not to pull too hard, as it is attached to a power cable. The battery is held down by a small amount of glue.
- 4). Disconnect the power cord attached to the battery. You can now follow the process in reverse if you want to install a new battery.
