Miss America Costume
Find out how to make this simple yet creative Halloween costume. Follow these directions and you can dress up as Miss America.

You can wear an old bridesmaid or prom dress. Check out your local thrift shops or ask friends if you do not have one. Make a sash using a piece of scrap fabric or extra wide ribbon.
Write Miss America and the year with glue and sprinkle with glitter. Add a tiara, fancy costume jewelry, white gloves, and fancy shoes.
