Effective Exercise to Reduce a Fat Belly

Losing fat and keeping it off is a very big challenge and if you want to be successful, then you better accept then fact, that you have to push yourself very hard and there are no shortcuts.
The reason why people fail to lose fat permanently is not because of bad genes, it is because people don't realise how much they really need to work.
If you use effective exercises to reduce fat belly, then naturally you burn fat faster.
Exercising regularly has to become a habit for you that you do automatically.
The first few weeks are always the hardest but once you get over this period, then you will start to enjoy exercising and it will become a good habit not a chore.
The faster you want to get rid of your fat belly the more you have to exercise.
Effective exercise to reduce a fat belly
  • It is always better to choose a very common exercise like walking, jogging or running for getting started.
    If you are out of shape and really overweight then you can start with brisk walking, instead of running.
    For example if you weigh 225 pounds and you walk at very brisk pace for 40 minutes then you would burn 270 calories.
    If you walk 3 times a week for 40 minutes at some 4 mph, then you would burn 810 calories, working out 6 times a week means you burn 1620 calories a week.
    Not bad at all.
  • If you think that brisk walking does not burn enough calories and you want to reduce your fat belly faster, then you can start jogging.
    It burns a lot more calories, meaning you don´t have to spend a long time exercising.
    For example if you weigh 225 pounds and jog for 35 minutes, then you would burn 418 calories.
    That is 148 calories more then with brisk walking and your workout is 5 minutes shorter.
  • Lets take this another step forward and replace jogging with serious running.
    Of course you have to be in good shape to run for 30-45 minutes.
    If you use the previous examples then running for 35 minutes at 8 mph for a person who weighs 225 pounds, means 803 calories are burned.
    That is almost twice as much then with jogging.
  • So the better you are the more calories you burn, always try to burn more calories with every workout.
    If you get stuck for example at brisk walking, then you may reduce you fat belly by a little, but sooner or later you will hit a plateau.
    So always push yourself to constantly burn more calories.
