- 1). Calculate how many cobblestones you'll need to cover the area. A driveway will require a substantial amount, but a small garden path will require fewer. Purchase your concrete mix accordingly.
- 2). Put on your protective goggles and gloves. Mix the concrete and water in the bucket in the proper ratio, according to the directions on the concrete packaging. Add tint to the concrete mix, if desired.
- 3). Pack the concrete into the cobblestone mold using the trowel. Tap the side of the mold a few times to ensure that the concrete has settled into the bottom of the mold. When you've filled the mold completely, wet the trowel and smooth it along the top of the mold to create a flat surface.
- 4). Carefully slide the mold away from the cobblestone, and round the edges using a fingertip, if desired. Allow the stones to dry according to package instructions, keeping the cobblestones away from the sun.
