I sit here on my laptop in awe of the magic power of the battery.
I can spend hours on the net without a power source.
It's amazing how a simple battery can make our life so much easier.
I can be on the go and totally connected at the same time.
The invention of the battery has allowed us to use computers, cell phones, ipods, and countless other electronics when we are away from the comfort of our homes.
Rechargeable batteries are an amazing feat when you really take a close look.
Will the future of battery technology change the face of the world forever? I mean think about it! Look at how far we have come in the last few years.
We can take our computers wherever we fell like it , we can use AA over and over again with the help of a charger, we can even download and stream video on our cell phones! Are there limits to the technological future of batteries? Will we be able to go weeks without charging our cell phones and computers one day? Will a breakthrough make it possible for oil to become a part of the past and rechargeable batteries are way to a greener environment? Rechargeable batteries continue to improve and continue to last longer and longer.
The good thing is that they also continue to become more affordable.
