- 1). This Taco Salad Recipe is so quick and easy anyone can make it.
- 2). Brown your burger in a skillet. Drain off any excess grease and return to the pan.
- 3). Add 1 cup of water and Taco Seasoning packet to the burger. Mix well and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
- 4). On your plate, put a layer of Cool Ranch Doritos. Add Taco meat over the Doritos. Put as much or as little as you like (just make sure you have enough for everyone).
- 5). Put a layer of cheese over the burger on the chips. The amount is up to your taste.
- 6). Add chopped lettuce and slices tomatoes.
- 7). Finally, top with more cheese, olives, onions, salsa and sour cream.
- 8). Variations:
1. For a slightly different twist, use Kraft Ranch dressing instead of the salsa and sour cream.
2. Before adding the lettuce, add some guacamole.
