How to Reload Blackberry Curve on My iMac

    • 1). Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software on the iMac.

    • 2). Plug the BlackBerry Curve into the iMac using the USB connector cable shipped with the Curve. The PIN (product ID number) for the device registers in the desktop manager application's main screen. The applications and settings on the device are now registered in the desktop manager software.

    • 3). Click one of the options in the left navigation pane to begin configuring synchronization with the iMac. Start by clicking the "Calendar" link. A list of calendar programs is presented.

    • 4). Click the radio button in front of "All Calendars" or "Selected Calendars." If the latter is selected, click the button next to each calendar to use.

    • 5). Click "Advanced Settings" and select "All Events" or "Only Future Events" for synchronizing selected calendars.

    • 6). Click "Contacts" in the left navigation pane. The "Contacts" configuration screen opens.

    • 7). Select either "All Contacts and Groups" or click "Selected Groups," and click each group to select.

    • 8). Repeat the process for Memos and Tasks if desired. Click the respective link in the left pane and select the syncing options.

    • 9). Click the green "Sync" button in the upper right corner of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software. The data on the device is synced with the iMac and the data is reloaded onto the computer.
