Some changes are deliberate, while others are a result of the natural progression of life. The first time we notice the natural ageing process (the telltale strands of grey hair), our first reaction is to deny, then defy, and then take action to "correct" the change. But change is the order of nature. The sooner we come to terms with change, the easier it will be for us to get comfortable with it.
