Echo reminds Rex that he was there in the hospital and suggests that Rex get some help. He almost killed two people last night and now he's hallucinating Gigi.

Nora tells the judge that Clint didn't kill Eddie Ford. That it was a false confession. The judge then wants to know who did kill him, if not Todd Manning, Inez Salinger, Nate Salinger, or Clint Buchanan. Nora refuses to tell the judge until they're ready to press charges. The judge asks why Clint confessed to a murder he didn't commit. Clint admits he did a number of cruel things to his brother and Nora. He thought he was dying and he wanted to make amends, and also to protect. Clint hesitates and the judge asks who Clint was trying to protect and why. Clint answers that Bo and Nora were catching heat because they had brought charges against three people who were later cleared. After he pleads guilty to all the other charges, the judge sends Clint to jail to await sentencing. Joey and Viki both tell the judge that Clint's recovering from a heart transplant.
The judge responds that two doctors signed off that Clint is okay for jail and reminds them that there are doctors and health facilities there. After the hearing, Nora tells Bo she dropped the murder charges because it was the right thing to do. And Bo tells Nora he knows who hurt Matthew.
David tells Bo Nate gave him the mango-flavored gum. Bo tells David that a mango gum wrapper is the only clue they have who hurt Matthew. David offers to hurt Nate, since he's the brother who has no scruples. Bo asks him to keep the information to himself. He leaves to find Nate. Bo finds Nate outside Todd's house and offers him some mango gum, Nate's favorite, and mentions that it's rare. He reveals that they found a mango gum wrapper in the living room and that maybe the person who left the wrapper is the one who hurt Matthew and was afraid to come forward. He says they just want to know what happened. Nate tells Bo that he didn't mean to hurt Matthew. He just hit him and Matthew fell and hit his head but that he was fine when Nate left. And that Matthew admitted that he killed Nate's father. Nate asks Bo what happens next.
Todd overhears Dani promise Nate to keep his secret. Todd demands to know Nate's secret. Dani refuses to tell him, blurting that it's not like Todd never kept a secret from her. Todd kicks Nate out, telling him his crime wasn't making the porn movie, it was breaking Dani's heart. Dani tells Todd that half the people in town think she's crazy to care about Todd and asks if she should drop him because people tell her to. Todd walks Nate outside and reminds him of what Todd almost did when he found Dani and Nate together in the lodge. He threatens that if Nate contacts Dani again he'll follow through with what he started then. Later, Todd tells Dani he'll be the big bad dictator if that's what keeps her safe. When Dani says she'll be on her own soon, Todd tells her he'll always be only one phone call away.
When Dorian tells Blair she looks like she's seen a ghost, Blair answers that it's because she just did. Blair tells Dorian that the new guy looks, talks, and acts like Todd. He even kisses like Todd. But, if he is Todd, how did she let an imposter make her believe he was Todd for eight years? Dorian reminds her that, at first, only Starr believed that the man they know as Todd was Todd. Blair then wonders if she wanted Todd back in her life so much she let an imposter in. David arrives and suggests that Blair watch VickerMan as a distraction. Blair calls Tomas and tells him she wants him to tell her everything he knows about Todd.
When Tea visits T. M. in jail, the police officer announces her as his lawyer. T. M. is surprised and Tea looks very uncomfortable. T. M. thinks Tea's there to bail him out. But Tea demands that T. M. tell her who he really is. After T. M. shares inside information with Tea, Tea tells him he could have read it, T. M. asserts that Tea isn't sure about anything. When T. M. asks Tea what her husband said about why T. M. is here, Tea says that Todd doesn't know why T. M. is there. T. M. then wants to know how she fell for 'Todd's' act. T. M. says he knows that Tea came back to Llanview because she heard that Todd was in trouble. Tea asserts that she won't let him hurt her family. T. M. responds that Starr and Jack and Danielle are his family. T. M. reminds Tea that he is the one who washed up on that beach and that only the two of them remember that. T.
