- Airline Quality, a free website created by Skytrax airline services, reviews airlines, airports and lounges. Though most of the statistics are provided by Skytrax, many of the reviews are offered by actual travelers, who give a one-to-ten rating for airlines, and give opinions on everything from service to seat reclines.
- Call your local travel agent, who can advise based on her own experiences, and can also rely on the opinions of her customers as well. If you cannot find a travel agent, visit the American Society of Travel Agents, which allows searches by zip code.
