Install the GAL Modify Tool

• 1). Place the Exchange 2000 Resource Kit CD-ROM in the computer where you would like to install the GAL modify tool.
  
  
• 2). Browse to "Exreskit\Tools\Client\GALMod32" on the CD.
  
  
• 3). Locate "Galmod32.exe" and copy it to a folder on your local hard disk or network share.
  
  

Modify Global Address Entries with the GAL Modify Tool

• 1). Locate the GAL modify tool on your local drive or network share.
  
  
• 2). Launch the GAL Modify Tool.
  
  
• 3). Locate the profile name and click "OK."
  
  
• 4). Locate the entry you want to modify and make changes.
  
  
• 5). Click "OK" to save the changes.
