Campground Review and Description by About Camping Reader:

Description: I felt like I was camping in the city. The noise from I-89 and a private road right next to our campsite was awful. Private road traffic all hours and very very fast.

Minimal kid activities. Much too congested with no privacy. No dish sink and saw people washing dishes in the restroom. Hair clogged drains and trash overflow each time I went in. Wifi NOT free. Was told only thing not available was shuffle board but not true. Only one tennis court not four, no pickle ball and no direct access to lake champlain bike path as I was told.

Pros, Cons, Attractions and Additional Comments:

Pros:  Pools? Maybe? But you better bring your own chair cuz there are none!  Heated pool isn't that heated. Oh wait, the go cart thingies. Kids like stuff like that, but god help you if you need to cross the private rd path - those people are NUTS!

Cons: Road noise was horrible - not worth the price we paid at all. If I realized how noisy this was going to be before we got everything set up, I'd have left but too much work. Used bathrooms after 9 at night every night and they were just as dirty the next day. Showers u pay for and internet is pricey - never had to pay for this before.

Seemed crazy.

Attractions: Burlington

Additional Comments: I know I'd never go back and honestly not sure what keeps people there.
