How to Put Vicks in My Humidifier
- 1). Fill the humidifier's water tank with cold water and screw on the tank cap. Check the power switch to make sure it is set to "Off." Plug in the humidifier.
- 2). Remove the medicine cup from the top of the cooling chamber, which is behind the water tank. Fill the medicine cup with liquid Vicks. Do not use the gel Vicks, which will clog the humidifier. Replace the medicine cup on top of the cooling chamber.
- 3). Turn the humidifier on by selecting either "Hi" or "Low." Turn the humidifier so the steam escapes directly into the room, away from windows or pieces of furniture.
