How to Troubleshoot a Treo 755 That Is Powering on & Off
- 1). Remove the battery from your phone and then reinsert it. Select "Done" when the date and time dialog box appears onscreen.
- 2). Remove the battery again if the problem persists. Press and hold the "Up" button while reinserting the battery.
- 3). Release the "Up" button when the time and date dialog box appears.
- 4). Delete the third-party application that you suspect may be causing the phone to cycle on and off.
- 5). Repeat Step 1.
- 6). Check to see if the phone is still cycling on and off.
