- 1). Drive to the Hastings registrar office at 1250 North Frontage Road.
- 2). Fill out form PS2000 "Application to Title and Register a Motor Vehicle." The vehicle registrar will provide the form for you. If you want to fill it out ahead of time, download the electronic version from the Department of Public Safety's website (see Resources). The vehicle's owner as listed on the title must sign the completed form.
