• 1). Complete the car donation form on the Purple Heart website or call Purple Heart at 1-888-414-4483. You will need the vehicle make, model, year, color and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to complete the donation form.
  
  
• 2). Schedule a pickup. Purple Cross will provide your information to their towing company, and the towing company will call you to schedule a time. Provide the vehicle title and keys to the tow driver and ask for a tow receipt.
  
  
• 3). Wait 10 to 15 business days for your IRS tax-deductible donation receipt.
  
  

Donate For Charity, Inc

• 1). Complete the donation form online or call 1-866-392-4483. Make sure you know the vehicle year, make, model, approximate mileage and VIN.
  
  
• 2). Make arrangements with the tow company. Donation for Charity will provide your information to a licensed tow company and they will call you within one to two business days. You must surrender the signed vehicle title to the tow truck operator.
  
  
• 3). Wait for Donate for Charity to mail your official receipt for your donation. Use it for tax purposes.
  
  

America's Car Donation Center

• 1). Complete the donation form online or call 1-800-237-5714 to begin the donation process.
  
  
• 2). Surrender the vehicle to the tow operator. The vehicle will be picked up after three to four business days after you have completed the donation form.
  
  
• 3). Wait for America's Car Donation Center to mail your tax deduction form. Use it on your income tax deduction.
