We know that breastfeeding is great for babies.
 It is natural, healthy, and full of necessary vitamins to grow up strong and healthy.
 But besides this breastfeeding will burn calories faster as well helping you lose the pregnancy weight.
Of course, this should not be the prime objective.
It is vital for their development.
Breastfeeding helps you burn up to 600 calories a day.
So the first steps do not include any effort from your side, since Mother Nature has it all covered for the first four months.
After that, it is all up to you but start slowly with exercise and the healthy diet plan.
Usually during the first four months you will lose up to 20 pounds of all the water and toxins but you are left with all the same number of pounds of baby weight.
The next step is to try to include some diet into your life.
Remember how during pregnancy you could eat anything you liked; well maybe you shouldn't have but you did, well now it will have to change.

Exercise is just something that you cannot avoid in order to get back in shape.

At the beginning off course, you will not have free time for exercise but you can always take advantage and take a walk with your baby.
Later when the baby  is old enough, you can always ask someone to baby sit while you take some time for yourself and either go for a swim or pay a visit to a gym.
Now keep in mind that in order to lose baby weight after pregnancy, you have to do this on daily bases and within few weeks you should start seeing results!
