Obviously you have done the hard work and achieved your stated goal of having perfect six pack abs.

Your perfect six pack abs will not turn to unsightly fat because you do not keep up the exact exercises you did to get them.
While you will still want to eat healthily and continue exercising, don't lose any sleep if you miss a training session or suddenly eat take out one night.
Being able to keep your abs now is more a mind game than a physical journey.
The hard work has been done by you and while your appearance is important to you and eating sensibly is the way to go, it is highly doubtful that you will compromise all the work that went into it.
