You want to rub gently when you wash and use a circular motion.
After washing rinse the area with lukewarm water.

Many different types are available at various price points.
You may want to experiment to see which one works best for you.
Third, when you are choosing skin products be careful with your choices.
Apply only oil-free make-up lotions and sun screens.
Many products are labeled nonacnegenic or noncomedogenic these are the type of products you should be choosing.
Fourth, keep your hair off your face and it is best when you have a bad break out that you don't wear hats and sunglasses.
The goal of this is to keep germs, dirt and sweat off your face.
Fifth, be careful when using hair products, some can be harsh and you don't want them running onto your face.
