Ingredients
  • 2 potatoes

Preparation

Take an empty, clean 3-pound coffee can and drill 6 holes evenly spaced around the bottom of the can and about 1 inch from the bottom. Cut coat hangers so that you have 3 straight pieces that will slide through the holes on the cans and bend the ends outside of the can. Place about 4-6 coals inside the can under the wires and light them. When the flames go out, wrap potatoes in foil and place them in the can.

When the coals have turned to dust, your perfect baked potatoes will be ready for any fixings you wish to put on them.
