Beehive Cheese Display
In addition to Barely Buzzed, try Beehive's "SeaHive" , cheese made with local honey and locally harvested salt, and Aggiano Parmesan, named for the University of Utah's "Aggis", since the agriculture school provided the recipe. This is a fine nibbling cheese.
