When we talk about eating healthy among friends, everyone will be voicing their opinions that eating healthy is so difficult.
The salad is just not enough and some people just do not like to have such 'vegetables' for meals.
But if you really want to be successful in losing weight, you have got to trick your mind.
Everyone knows that if you do not enjoy what you eat, how are you ever going to maintain a healthy habit.
Fortunately, I met a friend recently and lo and behold, i was so amaze to see the results that he had.
He used to weigh more than a 100 kilograms but he is now pack with muscles and he just completed his first biathlon.
Amazing.
I just had to ask him his secrets to weight loss success.
And it was amazing his tips was so simple but I wonder if you would be able to do it everyday.
He said "When I first started, I did not exercise.
Instead, I just started reading.
I read up on all the bad things about all the food I eat everyday.
Train my brain to feel revolt whenever I am near such food.
So naturally, since i am hungry, I had to learn all that i know about healthy food.
And it worked.
