How to Change the Domain Host in GoDaddy

    • 1). Go to GoDaddy.com.

    • 2). Log in at the top of the page using your username and password.

    • 3). Click "My Account" on the right side of the screen.

    • 4). Under the heading "My Products" on the GoDaddy screen, go to "Domain Manager."

    • 5). Click the name of the website for which you want to change the domain name.

    • 6). Select the "Nameservers" button.

    • 7). Click "I have specified nameservers for my domain." Input the "nameserver" information, provided by the company that is hosting your website on its server, into the box on the GoDaddy site. This will be a specific Web address for the files your website occupies on the hosting company's server.

    • 8). Click "OK" to save all of the changes you made to the domain host.
