Fitness and exercises play a very important role in our lives. Usually we think that exercises are only needed to improve our health or lose weight. But if you are not overweight and feel healthy, should you exercise? Of course you should, as in addition to health improvement and weight loss, exercising has the following benefits:

Remember in order to utilize these benefits, regular exercising is necessary, which needs self discipline. You can stay motivated for physical activity if you find your own way of exercising and enjoy it. For example you can go swimming, run with a friend in the park, sign up for a gym to use professional fitness equipment, go for a bike riding or join dance club. Vary your physical activities not to get bored and get benefits from exercising for the different areas of your body.
