  Whitetail are a species of medium-sized deer that are most common east of the Rocky Mountains. Hunting of this species is a popular sport and there are several hunting ranches in Oklahoma that specialize in guided and semi-guided hunts with a variety of other amenities such as lodging, meals and meat packaging.
  
  

White Horse Creek Ranch

• White Horse Creek Ranch offers guided and semi-guided hunts for game such as turkey and whitetail deer. The 15,000-acre ranch is home to large-bodied trophy deer, and hunters are allowed one buck and one doe on the hunts. All hunts are fair chase and hunters are encouraged to only take mature bucks in the 130-inch class and above using a variety of tree stands, box blinds and ladder stands. Hunters can use rifles or bows and all hunts include lodging and transportation to and from the hunting areas. Field dressing is included in the hunt, and arrangements can be made for meat processing or taxidermy services.

Weil Ranch Hunting

• Weil Ranch Hunting is located in southeast Oklahoma between the Muddy Boggy and Clear Boggy Rivers. The ranch consists of more than 2,500 acres and is home to a multitude of whitetail deer and many harvested have been from the 130-inch to 150-inch classes in past seasons. The ranch specializes in day fees instead of packages deals, so you can hunt as many days as you would like. Meals and lodging are available with all hunts upon request. Addison Ranch

• Addison Ranch is a family owned and operated ranch near the Red River, which provides the perfect habitat for whitetail deer. Packages include four days of guided hunts, lodging, meals, non-alcoholic beverages, field dressing and cold storage. Taxidermy and meat processing services as well as transportation from the airport are available locally for an additional fee.
