Tough Love - You Know it Makes Sense!

I know this may be tough, but 1 in 7 diabetics will die of weight related complications in the next 12 months! (UK Statistics).
When I read that I was quietly pleased that I have been doing something about my own situation over the last 10 - 11 months that has resulted in me losing 87lbs of excess baggage! Then I though about all the others who haven't done anything and are at risk to weight related complications, which can be fatal.
"How did you do it?" I hear you ask.
Well I found a fantastically simple program that not only keeps me on track to shed my unwanted fat, it also helps me to maintain strict control of my diabetes, which is something I was struggling with as an obese diabetic.
Well not any more!! I now have full control of my blood sugars through not only losing weight, but understanding the foods I eat and how they can affect my sugar levels, which also helps with my weight loss so it's a win win program.
I despair at diabetics who live with their heads firmly buried in the sand thinking that they don't really have to do anything, just take the prescribed medication and carry on as normal eating what they like, when they like.
As a Type 2 diabetic I know how damaging high glucose levels can be.
It is a silent killer and can cause damage to the nervous system (neuropathy) as well as damage to veins/arteries, heart, liver and kidneys, so it should not be taken lightly.
This damage is irreversible which further reinforces the need blood glucose levels to be controlled as effectively as possible.
The method I am suggesting does just that.
Equipping you with the means to take full control of your diabetes PLUS starting you on the road to quick and save weight loss.
Take action TODAY! To your good health.
