Hi, I'm Jennifer, I'm a personal trainer and a belly dancer. And I love to help women become strong, healthy and fit but feminine. Today's topic is step-by-step instructions for butt and ab exercises with no equipment. Today, I'm going to show you an exercise that's going to target both your abdominal muscles especially your obliques which is the side of your abdominals. As well as your butt especially the side. So this is a great exercise that includes both. So what you are going to do is you are going to lie on your side. You can either support your head with your hand or have your head down flat resting on your arm. I'm going to have my head here. I'm going to lift the bottom leg up keeping a straight leg. That's going to target my abs as I'm lifting my leg and working my butt. Now I'm going to lift my upper leg up and down working the butt muscles. So I'm targeting both my abs and my butt. Make sure that you keep that bottom leg lifted. As you get tired it's going to tend to want to drop down. So keep it lifted as high as you can and lift that upper leg up and down to meet it.
