How to Use Limewire Speedup Pro
- 1). Download LimeWire SpeedUp Pro from a download host (see "Resources" section for link). LimeWire SpeedUp Pro is a freeware program; you should never enter any payment information before downloading the application.
- 2). Double-click on the SpeedUp Pro icon and install the software. You'll need to accept the End User License Agreement or the installation won't complete.
- 3). Run the software. In the small menu that appears, click "Accelerate." The software will automatically adjust your Internet settings to improve LimeWire download speeds. Unfortunately, you cannot adjust or control the amount of bandwidth given to LimeWire by the program.
- 4). Open LimeWire and begin downloading files normally. With LimeWire SpeedUp running, you should notice speed improvements of 200 to 400 percent.
