So, you finally decided to lose inner thigh fat once and for all? Well, one thing must be clear to you from the start - there is no magic pill! For those moments when you can't go to the gym, there are some of the exercises you can do at home. You can do squats, lunges or any exercise that force you to stand on one leg. If you have couple of weights, you can combine them too, because the exercises become more challenging, and thus you can lose inner thigh fat much faster.
