How to Remove the Card From a LG 260 Phone
- 1). Purchase a new microSD card from your local LG retailer (or online). Before you can remove the card you must first have a card in the device.
- 2). Open the thin access panel on the right side of the LG 260 and insert the MicroSD card bottom-first in the slot. The bottom is the side with the thin gold connector panels. Push it in until it is locked and secure in its compartment and close the access panel.
- 3). Open the access panel on the LG 260 and push the tip of the microSD card down. It will then pop up and eject halfway from its compartment.
- 4). Pull the microSD card out of the phone and close the access panel. If your card is broken or stuck in the compartment you need to take the phone to a technician to have it fixed. You can try and disassemble the phone yourself to access the card but any work performed on the device by you will void any warranty you may have on the phone.
