How to Find the PIN for a Boost Phone
- 1). Call "611" from your Boost Mobile phone to access the carrier's automated phone system. For this method to work, your call must originate from the Boost Mobile phone for which you need to recover the PIN.
- 2). Navigate through the menu options using the voice prompts: select "Manage Your Account," "Account Management" and then "Update Account Preferences."
- 3). Enter four arbitrary digits when you are prompted for your PIN. You will hear an error message. Re-enter the four digits and you will receive another error message. After the second error, the system will notify you that your correct PIN will be sent to your phone via text message.
- 4). Open the text message when it arrives to find your Boost Mobile PIN. If you are unable to receive text messages on your phone, dial "#233" to make a payment and re-activate your service.
