Another method to use is using a service like Paypal. This will let you keep most of the sale besides the fee on each transaction which is much less than using most other services. How this works is that someone will order a book then be sent to a download page where they can complete the transaction. The disadvantage of this is that you have to take care of your own customer service.

One strategy to consider is to use as many platforms as possible to have as much exposure as you can. This way more people will come across your book and that will in turn build your sales and popularity. The more people who look at your material, the more reviews you will get which gives you credibility in the long run if you are doing a good job.
