Discovering Costa recollection, the best way to travel
Our trip started on a Saturday morning at Atcham station where we took the AVE to Barcelona to embark on an exciting journey aboard the Costa neoRiviera. Upon arrival to Barcelona, a bus waiting to take us to the port and to climb aboard our boat. Choosing the "Cruise + Train" package and to get from Madrid to shipping terminal without worrying transport is certainly an option to consider in future trips.
The shipment was fast and comfortable from the first moment Costa staff was attentive to all our queries. Special mention for Sonia Lovers, the Spanish-speaking assistant who made much easier our first moments. Once we had the card to move around the boat, we went to the cabin for luggage
In the cabin we could find all the information you need during the day: safety, a mini book with the layout of the boat and how it could be otherwise the famous "Today", where we discover the number of possibilities offered us equipment aboard ship Costa.
Once located was time to explore the ship. We strolled through the various bridges discovering the bars to drink, restaurants to dine or the Lido with pool and hammocks.
After we ate something incredible buffet, where the variety in the food and especially the quality is much higher than usual in this type of restaurants. Finally we opted for a coffee at the Caf© Zee, where you can choose between several types of coffees or teas with stunning sea views. The rest of the afternoon was spent in the sun, while enjoying a wonderful cocktail and a sunny day despite the weather.
To finish the day before we left to rest Ciara decided to dine at the restaurant, where we could taste dishes of the highest quality. We arrived, ordered table and were seated quickly without shifts. It is true that as good Spaniards, headed 21h, when most of the other travelers had already eaten, but is that if there was no place when you arrive, the ma®tre agrees to get on the waiting list and get you by boat in the time there is a space available.
