Top 10 Billboard Rock Songs - November 26, 2011

This week's Billboard Rock Songs chart doesn't have any debuts in the Top 10, but there's a decent amount of movement on the countdown. Two chart stalwarts are in danger off falling out of the Top 10, and two very different modern-rock groups are pushing closer to No. 1. Let's get you caught up...

10. Staind - "Not Again"

"Not Again" has been in the Top 10 since August, but that run may be coming to a close. This week, the Staind single drops another notch to land at No. 10.Buy from Amazon »

9. Nickelback - "Bottoms Up"

Here and Now hits stores on November 21, and on our countdown the album's first single, "Bottoms Up," moves up one place. The Nickelback single previously peaked at No. 8, but maybe there's still some juice in this rocker about getting liquored up.Buy from Amazon »

8. Foster the People - "Pumped Up Kicks"

Those "Pumped Up Kicks" aren't as pumped-up as they used to be. Foster the People fall two more spots this week, crash-landing at No. 8. Still, the Torches track is easily the longest-run single in this week's Top 10, lodging 44 weeks on the Billboard Rock Songs chart.Buy from Amazon »

7. Chevelle - "Face to the Floor"

December doesn't feature a lot of new rock releases, but one of them is Hats Off to the Bull, from Chevelle. The first single, "Face to the Floor," is showing some real momentum, climbing up another spot to land at No. 7.Buy from Amazon »

6. Red Hot Chili Peppers - "The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie"

Down comes the "Rain." The first single off I'm With You, "The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie," takes the week's biggest plunge, dropping three spots to No. 6. Red Hot Chili Peppers recently debuted the video for the album's latest single, "Monarchy of Roses."Buy from Amazon »

5. Seether - "Tonight"

The news is slightly bad for "Tonight" on this week's countdown. The Holding Onto Strings Better Left to Fray track drops one place to No. 5, but it's not all gloomy for Seether. The single recorded gains in sales and airplay, suggesting that rock fans are still digging the song -- it's just that they're taking more of a shine to a couple others that overtook "Tonight" this week.Buy from Amazon »

4. The Black Keys - 'Lonely Boy'

One of those tracks is our higher climber of the week. "Lonely Boy," from the Black Keys' forthcoming El Camino, jumps up from No. 7 to No. 4 in only its second week in the Top 10. The duo will be performing on Saturday Night Live on December 3, three days before El Camino is released.Buy from Amazon »

3. Coldplay - "Paradise"

"Paradise" is now the highest charting track off Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto. "Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall peaked at No. 5, but this week "Paradise" leaps up two spots to land at No. 3. Coldplay will be performing a New Year Eve's show in Abu Dhabi.Buy from Amazon »

2. Foo Fighters - "Walk"

"Walk" may no longer be No. 1, but Foo Fighters don't seem that excited about heading down the chart. For the second straight week, the Wasting Light track clocks in at No. 2. For four months now, "Walk" has been in the Top 2 of the Billboard Rock Songs chart. And watch out for the album's next single, "These Days," which is currently at No. 13 and on the rise.Buy from Amazon »

1. Bush - "The Sound of Winter"

Bush have the No. 1 song on both the Rock and Alternative song charts. "The Sound of Winter" very much feels like a chip off the old Bush who were radio darlings (and critical pariahs) during the '90s. Fifteen years after their heyday, once again they're on top of the rock world.Buy from Amazon »
