So, what is the meaning of home self test? Well, as I said it is recommended to seek for a doctor but you can also check yourself whether you have been infected or not by just doing some simple home test. How? Here is how you can do it:

 Try practicing in every morning after you wake up from bed spit two times in a glass of water.

1. After 15 minutes, check the condition of the water whether your saliva dissolves in the water or not.
2. If dissolve you are probably not infected by yeast infection.
3. But if the water in the glass become blurry, with strings like spider webs and sink at the bottom of the glass. You could possible to get infected.
