- 1). Use a knife to cut a piece of raw liver into bite-size pieces (about two square inches).
- 2). Place the pieces in your dog's feeding dish or other container.
- 3). Place the feeding dish or container next to your dog's water dish.
- 4). Write on your calendar each time you feed your dog liver. Limit liver to three times a week to keep your dog from developing medical problems associated with an overdose of Vitamin A.
