Natural Energy Methods - Get Energy But Keep Your Body!
Heya there,
There are quite a few ways to get energy if you feel you need a boost for any daily activity that you want to do, from sports to taking a walk. Here are a few ideas or things you can use to get some energy
Today's day and age there are energy drinks everywhere. These drinks allow you to pretty much jump off the walls. If you're ever tired or bored, take a drink and you'll be full of energy :).
However, energy drinks all have similar problems or issues, many have side effects. These probs are:
- Only keep you "up" for a short period of time
- Make you crash after the effect is over
- If you drink too much your body may overdrive
- Chemicals are horrible for health
- Destroy your livers
There really are like 20+ different kind of energy drinks out there. Most of them are chemically compounded and should not be digested by anyone too often.
However there are Natural Energy drinks out there that can give you energy without any of these side effects.
Other ways to getting energy is by simply running around a bit (the road or something) until you feel warmed up, however this only lasts a while and can be quite ineffective if you really have little to no energy to begin with.
Coffee is a great way to get energy and to wake you up aswell. However drink to much coffee to often and you may become addicted, so be wary and try not to depend on it. You need to drink a lot of coffee to get addicted though (on a constant basis).
Other ways to simply have more energy is to eat healthier. Simply eat the right kind of "junk food". Instead of eating chips or some chocolate chip cookie, eat some with the right nutritional value.
Eat more fruits and vegetables. These provide you with the vitamins and sugars that you need to survive, these also provide you with energy. Eating too many vegetables has no side effect, so eat on!
Meat helps a lot with energy, eat lots of it and you gain protein. Protein converts into energy. So if you eat meat regularly you will always have energy. Eating too much meat can clog arteries in the long run, however you should be fine for now :P.
I personally believe that meat and vegetables are great ways to keep some energy flowing, aswell as drinking enough water. However if I ever need energy I drink some NATURAL energy drinks, because not only are they just as effective if not more, but they don't have those crappy side effects.
